Are you taking any personal clients right now?

Do I have to have any experience to train with you? 

Absolutely not! I’ve worked with people from beginners to advanced. My clients also range from ages 23 to 65. For each client, I consider their starting level and past fitness experience to create a program that works best for them. 

How are your training sessions formatted? 

Every session is dependent on the client and their goals. No cookie-cutter workouts here.  I focus on strength building, meaning we lift weights and there will absolutely be no HIIT or burpees. Ever. My programs follow a pattern of progressive overload. If you are interested in learning more, please fill out a waitlist application. 

Do you only train people in Philadelphia? 

While most of my clients are located in Philadelphia, I train people across the country from California to Dallas. For those not located in Philly, I use Zoom to conduct virtual personal training. 

What are your rates? 

My personal training rates are dependent on the client, the number of sessions, and the needs. In-home personal training starts at a rate of $85/session.

What exactly is it?

What is the difference between The Strength System and On-Demand? 

Great question! Cannon On Demand is a library of some of my favorite strength workouts and live classes. It’s a great tool for those that feel like they need a push to get started with strength training. The Cannon Strength System is an 8 Week personalized program for each individual participant. This system is capped at a certain number of participants and focuses on educating, empowering, and building your best strength training program. Because this is a personalized approach, it is only offered quarterly.
