Yearning to get stronger? To learn how to lift or use proper form? Coming back from a training hiatus? Whatever the case may be, we get you. Personal Training is so valuable, but we understand it can be intimidating and expensive. That’s why we created our Semi-Private Session.
Learn how to strength train in a semi-private setting. Feel the community of a class with the attention of a personal trainer. Without the one-on-one cost. With each session, we will help you set goals, focus on your form and limitations, and challenge your muscles - resulting in strength gains and fit-confidence! Programs are designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Everyone is welcome!
Sessions are held daily from Monday - Thursday.
